Island Time Camp Registration - Summer 2023

Camp registration required for EACH child. Full payment must be made to secure your child's spot. We will not "hold" a spot for payment at a later date. We appreciate your understanding.

We are so excited for 10 weeks of camp this year. Each week, will be filled with themed activities, field trips, water play every Wednesday, and lots of FUN.

Due to the nature of our themed activities, weekly participation is encouraged. Families needing care for a day or two here or there over the summer do not need to fill out a camp registration form but can still enjoy the care benefits of Island Time Day Camp (field trips are subject to available space as weekly campers have priority).

Island Time Summer Camp is broken down into 3 age/grade categories:

Explorers: 9am-1pm. For kids that will be 4 or 5 by Sept 1. It's the perfect introduction into what Island Time Camp is all about. Explorers will enjoy the same camp themes, adapted for optimal FUN. Explorers may go on mini-field trips to local parks. Extended day is not available to Explorers. Week 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10 are FULL

Voyagers: 9am-3pm. For school age kids, rising 1st & 2nd graders. Voyagers will enjoy at least 2 field trips per week: Tuesdays and Thursdays. Water day every Wednesday on site. Extended day available for all Voyagers. Weeks 5, 6, 8, 10 are FULL

Adventurers: 9am-3pm. For school age kids, rising 3rd, 4th, & 5th graders. Adventurers will enjoy at least 2 field trips per week: Wednesday & Fridays. Extended day available for all Adventurers. Week 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 FULL

Camp Rates:

Weekly:
Explorers: $175/week 9am-1pm
Voyagers/Adventurers: $200/week 9am-3pm

Full Summer: Available until 3/15 only. No refunds or transfers for any unused weeks.
Explorers: $1250 for 10 weeks if purchased at once.
Voyagers/Adventurers: $1500 for 10 weeks if purchased at once

Discounts:
Early Bird: $25 off each week if purchasing before 3/15/23
Sibling: $25 off for second+ sibling


Extended Care Package:
$75/week ($50/sibs)- up to 4 hours a day of play to be used before/after camp hours (pick up by 6:00pm). This can be purchased now or as needed over the summer. Eligible only to Voyagers/Adventurers.

Cancellation Policy (for weekly camp purchase only, no refund/credit for full summer purchase). All payments are non-refundable. Payments can be transferred to other services at Island Time.
14 days notice - Full credit transfer
7 days notice - ½ credit transfer
Less than 7 days notice - no payment transfer available.
